THIS WRIT PETITION IS LISTED FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN 'B' GROUP, THIS DAY, AN ORDER IS MADE AS UNDER:
ORAL ORDER Sri.P.Ravindra., counsel for the petitioner and Smt.H.R.Renuka., counsel for the respondents have appeared in person.
2. The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the Endorsements dated 05.12.2022 and 18.01.2023 issued by the second respondent vide Annexures-D and H and also a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to resume his duties and perform any light work in office considering his present health condition.
3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care.
4. A perusal of the Endorsements dated 05.12.2022 and 18.01.2023 at Annexures-D and H reflects that the Corporation has asked the petitioner to furnish Medical Board Certificate in Form-03 to enable them to consider his request.

However, the same has not been furnished by the petitioner as of today. Hence, I find no grounds to accord the prayer sought by the petitioner at this juncture. The Writ Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
5. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Because of dismissal of Writ Petition, pending interlocutory applications if any are disposed of and interim direction if any stands discharged.
