GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioners, appearing virtually, submits that the petitioners are being repeatedly called to the 3rd respondent Police Station under the pretext of an investigation in a Public Grievance Redressal System (for short “PGRS”) complaint. 2. As seen from the said notice issued under Section 91 Cr.P.C and Section 88 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( for short “BNSS”) there is no crime registered against the petitioner. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners have already submitted the documents as called 2 upon by the 3rd respondent. Dispute this, the 3rd respondent is repeatedly calling the petitioners. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the investigation is pending in the Public Grievance Redressal System (for short “PGRS”) complaint and as such, the petitioners are required to furnish the information as required. 5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondents, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent not to disturb the peace of the petitioners without following due process of law. The petitioners shall furnish the information as required by the 3rd respondent if it has not been furnished earlier. 6. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
