Pavan, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Kilaru Nithin Krishna, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri Shaik Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings and Sri P. Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning. 2. The Writ Petitioner is claiming the total amount of Rs.15,82,481/-. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner would submit that this claim is in respect of two bills. One bill relates to the claim of Rs.10,11,154/- and the other bill relates to a claim of Rs.5,71,327/-. 3. Sri Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings, has drawn the attention of this Court to para 6 of the Counter Affidavit filed by Respondent No.5 and would submit that the amount has been admitted and the bills have not been uploaded insofar as the first claim of Rs.10,11,154/- is concerned. He would also submit that insofar as the claim of the second bill for a sum of Rs.5,71,327/-, bills have been uploaded on the CFMS Portal. 4. Having noted these facts, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, with the following directions: 3 i. With regard to bill relating to Rs.10,11,154/-, the Respondent No.5 is directed to upload the bill within a period of four weeks from today onto the CFMS Portal/Nidhi Portal and communicate the same to the Writ Petitioner as well as Respondent No.2. On receipt of the same, Respondent No.2 is directed to complete the entire administrative process with respect to the first claim (Rs.10,11,154/-) within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today by completing all the administrative formalities, both inter- departmental and intra-departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and coordination and transfer the due amount to the Writ Petitioner within four (4) weeks thereafter, and, ii. Insofar as the second claim is concerned (Rs.5,71,327/-), there shall be a direction to Respondent No.2 to complete the entire administrative process, both inter-departmental and intra-departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and coordination, within a period of eight (08) weeks from today and transfer the due amount (Rs.5,71,327/-) to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four weeks thereafter. 5. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit bank account details to the Competent Authority within two weeks from today, for effective compliance. 6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 7.
