HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD TRANSFER APPLICATION (CRIMINAL) No. - 435 of 2025 Court No. - 81 HON'BLE MANOJ BAJAJ, J. Applicant-accused Sukhveer Singh, has filed this application under Section 447 of B.N.S.S. seeking transfer of Sessions Trial No. 212 of 2019, titled : State v. Sukhveer Singh and others, arising out of Case Crime No.109 of 2019, under Sections 364, 302, 201, 120B I.P.C., Police Station Chaubiya, District Etawah, pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.1, Etawah to any other court of competent jurisdiction of same district. No one has appeared on behalf of applicant-accused. A perusal of the paper-book would reveal that application under Section 448 B.N.S.S. for transfer of Sessions Trial No. 212 of 2019, titled : State v. Sukhveer Singh and others, was moved before the Sessions Judge, Etawah on the ground that the complainant was seen near the house of the Presiding Officer on 13.8.2025, therefore, it is suspected by the applicant- accused that he may not get fair trial. The said application stands rejected vide order dated 20.8.2025. Upon considering the grounds raised for transfer of the trial, this Court finds that the same are vague, baseless and without any particulars. The order dated 20.8.2025 passed by the Sessions Judge, Etawah does not call for any interference. Resultantly, the application fails and is hereby dismissed.
