The petitioner has filed the present petition for the following reliefs:- 10.1 Issue an appropriate writ and direct the respondents to prepare the electoral roll for Panchayat Wppil 32 of 2025 2 Election, 2025 by including or excluding the names of large numbers of voters/electors in the final electoral roll declared by the respondents of the Gram Panchayat- Harethi, Block and District-Sakti (CG), as the case may be, by updating the present status of the electors on case to case basis in light of the instances given above to meet the larger goal of fair election in the Gram Panchayat concerned. 10.2 Grant any other relief, which is deemed fit in the circumstances of the case. 2. Learned State counsel at the outset submits that the Panchayat Election 2025 of Gram Panchayat-Harethi, Block and District-Sakti, CG has already been notified, which is scheduled to be held on 23.02.2025. Therefore, this petition has become infructuous. 3. In view of above submission made by learned State counsel, petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 4.
