ORAL ORDER
1. In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing the order dated 13.09.2022, seeking parole from the respondent - authorities as the same was rejected as per Annexure-E to the writ petition.
2. Having taken note of the submissions made by the
learned counsel appearing for the parties, as the respondent - authorities have rejected the application made by the petitioner

by exercising discretionary power as required in law, I am of the view that, no interference is called for in this writ petition. However, it is open for the petitioner to seek such relief in future by making appropriate application to the competent authority. If such an application is made by the petitioner, same shall be considered by the respondent - authorities in accordance with law.
3. With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed.
