A perusal of the instructions dated 11.03.2020 would reveal that although the subject lands were initially identified for issuance of house site pattas to beneficiaries under the "Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu" scheme, an alternate land was subsequently identified for allotment of house site pattas. 4. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioners contends that since the impugned notice was issued on a pretext to issue house site pattas, and since purpose has been resolved. Therefore, sought for set aside of the impugned notice. 5. Having regard to the contentions advanced, this Court is of the considered view that the purpose for which the impugned notice was issued has been served, since an alternate land has been identified. Therefore, the impugned notice cannot be sustained. If the subject land is required for any public purpose, the respondents are at liberty to proceed with the acquisition after following due procedure under law. 6. The written instructions of the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, dated 11.03.2020 and 06.12.2024 are placed on record. 7. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
