The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 8.07.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that post the impugned order being passed in the present matter, a suit in O.S. No.27/2019 had been filed by respondent No.2 which has been compromised and a compromise decree had been drawn up whereunder respondent No.2 has confirmed that he would not claim any title of ownership over the property described therein and that he would have a right to reside in item No.1 of suit schedule property during his lifetime, thereby claim made by respondent No.2 as regard the document executed by him has been given up. 4. In that view of the matter, I pass the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is allowed. ii.
