HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD APPLICATION U/S 528 BNSS No. - 35143 of 2025 Court No. - 74 HON'BLE SANJAY KUMAR PACHORI, J. Sri J.B. Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Karunakar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State are present. The present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 19.08.2025 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar in Execution Case No. 575 of 2023, arising out of an application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., P.S. Sector-58 Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar, whereby recovery warrant as well as Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued against the applicant to recover the arrears of maintenance. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties have settled their dispute amicably out of the court. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
