HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 13237 of 2025 Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that despite the objection raised to the seniority list, the said list has not been finalized till date and resultantly, no departmental promotion committee is being held to accord promotion to the eligible candidates on higher post and petitioner is one of the eligible candidates. It is submitted that petitioners have made representations before the competent authority, namely respondent No.- 3 but no decision has been taken in the matter till date. Learned Standing Counsel states that a large number of representations have been made, however, petitioners are required to make individual fresh representations before the authority concerned, who may be directed to decide the same in accordance with. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to make fresh individual representations before the competent authority, namely respondent No.- 3 within a period of four weeks from today regarding finalization of the seniority list considering the objections of all concerned interested parties and in the event any such representations are made as directed herein above, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit by means of a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of two months.
