JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.12.2024 addressed to respondent No.1 vide Annexure-F, wherein the petitioner requested respondent No.1 to sanction one annual increment for the last year of service rendered by him, and consequently by properly fixing his basic pay and to pay all the consequential difference and arrears of retirement benefits like difference of pension, commutation, DCRG and earned leave encashment, etc., from the date of his retirement along with interest at 12% p.a. Despite the receipt of the representation, respondent No.1 has not passed any order on the said representation. Hence, this writ petition. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:54127 WP No. 34912 of 2025 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that, if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.1 will consider the representation vide Annexure-F and would pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondents, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of; ii. Respondent No.1 is directed to consider the representation dated 21.12.2024 vide Annexure-F and to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; iii.
