[2] This present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- “I) Issue a Rule upon the respondents and each one of them to show cause as to why a Writ of Mandamus and/or in the nature thereof shall not be issued directing the respondents and each one of them to grant the same and similar benefits to the petitioner as granted under the Judgment & Order (Oral) in Annexure 6 supra and the Judgment in W.A. No.114 of 2022 and W.A. No. 113 of 2022 (Annexure 7 supra); and II) After hearing the parties be pleased to make the Notice/Rule absolute in terms of I) above;” [3] After perusal of the record, it has been seen that the petitioner herein submitted a legal notice dated 03.04.2024 addressed to the concerned respondents regarding his grievances. Thereafter, several communications were made between the petitioner and the concerned respondents but, according to the petitioner, no fruitful result has been made out in this regard. [4] In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondents to take a decision in the light of the legal notice dated 03.04.2024 and the subsequent communications made between the petitioner and the concerned respondents in accordance with law. The decision taken in that regard be communicated to the petitioner within 03 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
