Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 Nayab Tehsildar Muhammadabad, District Ghazipur to decide the Case No. 7069/2024 Computerized No.T202414290207069 Juganoo Rai vs. Gajadhar Rai U/s 209(Ja) U.P. Revenue Code, pending before respondent no. 2 expeditiously preferably as soon as possible within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that a recall application filed under Section 209(Ja) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Nayab Tehsildar, Muhammadabad, District Ghazipur, to decide the recall application being Case No. 7069/2024 Computerized No.T202414290207069 (Juganoo Rai vs. Gajadhar Rai) under Section 209(Ja) of the UP Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
