This petition has been filed with the following relief :- (i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to pass an order for obortion of the disabled informant's daughter under police supervision. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing direct the court concern to decide the application u/s 29 B.N.S of the petitioner dated 15.07.2025 expeditiously within stipulated period so fixed by this Hon'ble Court. In compliance of earlier order dated 10.09.2025, Mrs. Manju Thakur, learned AGA-I on the instructions received has informed that the pregnancy of the victim has been terminated today and she is in satisfactory medical condition and kept in hospital under observation for three days.
