This petition is filed with a prayer to restrain the private respondents from threatening and harassing the petitioner. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has obtain instructions according to which the respondent nos. 4 & 5 are the real parents of the petitioner who have already died. 3. It is further stated that private dispute between the parties otherwise is the actual grievance for which the writ petition would not lie. 4. In the event, petitioner is facing any harassment from the private persons, the remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the competent authority or lodge a report with the Magistrate under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. 5.
