The prayer made in this writ petition reads as under: "(i) Issue writ of mandamus, declaring that training centre run by the petitioner valid and legal, furthermore the fee collected is all online having valid receipt of the same. the respondents be retrained from the day today affairs of training centre of the petitioners in the interest of justice and equity. (ii) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions directing the respondents, if in case of inspection to the petitioner centre or the break into the residence of the petitioner or the official, they should be - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:49289 WP No. 17414 of 2022 accompanied by any two Gazetted officers with the appropriate notice along with them while making any surprise visit to the petitioners association." 2. Having taken note of the factual aspects on record, as disputed facts are involved in this writ petition, as the petitioner is seeking a declaration as to the training centre run by the petitioner, I am of the view that, there is no merit in the writ petition and accordingly, no interference is called for in this writ petition. 3.
