By means of the present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Addl. District Judge-XXI, Kanpur Nagar to consider and decide the Session Trial No.750 of 2023 (State of U.P. Versus Ajeet Kumar) alongwith connected Session Trial No.1804 of 2023 (State of U.P. Versus Braj Mohan and Another) in case crime no.42 of 2023 under Sections 498-A, 304- B IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Govind Nagar, District Kanpur Nagar within time stipulated by this Court. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicants are accused in the above case. The aforesaid case is pending since 2023 and thus a suitable direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time. 4. The present application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Addl. District Judge-XXI, Kanpur Nagar to consider and decide the Session Trial No.750 of 2023 (State of U.P. Versus Ajeet Kumar) alongwith connected Session Trial No.1804 of 2023 (State of U.P. Versus Braj Mohan and Another) in case crime no.42 of 2023 under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Govind Nagar, District Kanpur Nagar expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, provided there is no legal impediment and the applicants extend full assistance and support to the trial court for the expeditious disposal of the above case.
