The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(A). Direct Learned Additional District Judge (E.C. Act), Aligarh to decide Revision No. 122 of 2023 Inre; Daud Ahmad Versus Smt. Savitri Devi & others within time bound programme and by speaking order preferably within one month and fairly before decision of Original Suit No. 490 of 1989 Inre; Smt. Savitri Devi & others Vs. Soveran Singh & others. (B) Direct Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Iglas, Aligarh to stay further proceedings of Original Suit No. 490 of 1989 Inre; Smt. Savitri Devi & others Vs. Soveran Singh & others till disposal of Revision No. 122 of 2023 Inre; Daud Ahmad Vs. Smt. Savitri Devi & others." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforementioned revision is pending before Additional District Judge (E.C. Act), Aligarh for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. Act), Aligarh to consider and decide the aforementioned revision, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
