Petitioner seeks quashing of order dated 27.11.2021, to the extent of selection and appointment of respondent No.3, namely, Muhammad Marofo Banday. 2. The short grievance of the petitioner is that the selection of respondent no.3, is based on fake certificate of his academic qualification of MBA, as such, the selection and appointment of respondent no.3 is illegal, unlawful and unconstitutional and the same deserves to be quashed. 3. Mr. Syed Musaib, Dy. AG, submits that the selection of respondent no.3, was for a period of one year and that period has expired. He further submits that the official respondents are in the process of issuing fresh advertisement for engagement of Public Private Mix Coordinator. 4. This writ petition with the efflux of time has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, disposed of. However, Petitioner, if responds to the fresh advertisement Notice for the post of Public Private Mix Coordinator, the respondent shall consider him on his own merit. 5. Disposed of.
