CS/95061/2016, pending before this court, is currently fixed for Evidence Before Charge. For expeditious disposal of the above mentioned case short dates to be given and both parties are to be intimated for taking proper steps on regular basis in this regard. It is pertinent to mention here that, the above mentioned case was in Hearing stage for a long period. Afterwards several petitions by both the parties were major impediment for speedy disposal of the case.
