Ponraj - R7 ORDER The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 6 to maintain status quo in respect of the land comprised in Survey No. 286/2A, J.Krishnapuram Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District, pending disposal of the statutory appeal dated 21.07.2025 filed by the petitioner. 2. The third respondent granted permission to the seventh respondent to establish a poultry farm. Aggrieved by the said permission, the petitioner has preferred a statutory appeal dated 21.07.2025 before the second respondent. In the above circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner’s statutory appeal dated 21.07.2025, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties, as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the appeal has not already been disposed of. 4.
