The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a direction directing to the Court concerned i.e. Civil Judge Senior Division Etawah to decide the petitioner P.A. Case No. 2 of 2021 (Smt. Krishna Devi Vs. Avinash Chaurasiya and another) within a span of time so stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that proceeding under Section 21 (1)(a) of U.P. Act No. 13 of 1972 filed on behalf of the petitioner is pending before the prescribed authority/ Civil Judge Senior Division Etawah since 2021. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent prescribed authority/ Civil Judge Senior Division Etawah to consider and decide the P.A. case No. 2 of 2021 (Smt. Krishna Devi Vs. Avinash Chaurasiya and another) in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
