ORAL ORDER Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for both the respondents. 2. It is the contention of the petitioner that by way of Official Memorandum dated 26.07.2003, 3 Acres and 10 Guntas of land in Sy.No.63 of Bathiganahalli Village, Sulibele Hobli, Hoskote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District were granted in favour of the petitioner. Saguvali Chit was also issued to the petitioner in the year 2007. However, name of the petitioner has not been entered in the revenue records. The petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2-Tahsildar, Hoskote Taluk to consider the representations dated 03.01.2008, 20.09.2010 and 31.07.2025 at Annexures-A, A1 and A2 given by the petitioner and pass necessary orders to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. 3.
The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Tahsildar, Hoskote Taluk, to

verify the records and find out if an order of regularization was passed by the Committee on 26.07.2003 and whether Saguvali chit was issued in favour of the petitioner in the year 2007. If it is found from the records that the facts stated hereinabove are true, then the Tahsildar shall proceed to mutate and enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records, after collecting the necessary fee. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This direction is issued only to enable the entry of the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. Ordered accordingly. 4.
