No. 188 of 2024 arising out of Chandil / Kapali P.S. Case No. 80 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 238 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandil, Seraikella. 3. On 04.04.2024 at about 11.30 a.m., son of the Informant namely Md. Dilnawaj went outside his house and thereafter, he was found murdered 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and nothing incriminating was recovered on his pointing out. It was further submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. 5. Mr. Shree Prakash Jha, learned A.P.P has though opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. However, he submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandil, Seraikella in connection with S.T.
