The present quash petition is filed seeking to quash the Non-Bailable 2. Warrant issued on 30.01.2025 in SC NDPS No. 146 of 2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is arraigned as the 1®' accused and that he could not appear on 30.01.2025 due to a heavy rush in the court corridor, and the petitioner could not hear his 3. 2 name when it was called out by the court attender. On account of the non-appearance of the petitioner, the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge- Cum-I Additional District Judge-Cum-Special Court for Trial of offence under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam, has issued a Non-Bailable Warrant. The learned Sessions Judge shall dispose of the application filed by the petitioner for recall of the warrant in accordance with law.
