By this present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent/Collector to decide the application/representation Annexure P-1 which was submitted before the Collector on 03/02/2025 within a time frame and seeking a direction to draw a proceedings against the respondent No.7, as per C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959. 2. Learned counsel for the State/respondent submits that the petition is a pre-matured petition, as the representation/application lodged by the petitioner before the Collector is on 03/02/2025 and the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner within a further period of seven days i.e. on 10/02/2025 and hence, the petitioner without waiting for the decision of the Collector, the writ petition has been filed immediately within a period of seven days from the submission of the application. 3 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the application/representation Annexure P-1 dated 03/02/2025. 4. It appears that the writ petition has been filed by the petitioner immediately after the submission of the application before the Collector, at this stage, it would not be appropriate to direct the Collector to decide the said application/representation filed by the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed, as the present petition is pre-matured at this stage. 5.
