Though the learned counsel for the complainant submits that the order dated 12.07.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.2819/2024, had - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:36838-DB CCC No. 1194 of 2024 not been complied with on the earlier occasions and a compliance affidavit is placed on record by the accused showing the details of the visitation rights exercised by the complainant herein. 3. Having considered the contentions advanced, we are of the opinion that it is now for the parties to work out their remedies in appropriate proceedings which are pending before this Court. Since the directions stands substantially complied with, the Contempt of Court Case is no longer relevant. Accordingly, the Contempt of Court Case is dropped.
