ORAL JUDGMENT
(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH RAI K)
1. This writ appeal is filed challenging the legality and correctness of the order passed in WP No.3919/2022 dated 12.09.2023, whereby the learned Single Judge has partly allowed the writ petition and permitted the petitioner i.e., appellant herein to make a request before the police authority by submitting a representation for the relief claimed by him i.e., providing police protection. Aggrieved by the same, he is before this Court in this writ appeal. 2. Perused the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
It could be gathered from records that it is the case of the petitioner that he has suffered at the hands of many unknown

persons having regard to his attempts to cleanse the society of many evils, for which he sought police protection. 3. Learned Single Judge, considering the aspect that based on the complaint of the petitioner the jurisdictional police have registered the FIR in Crime No.99/2023 dated 28.08.2025, passed the order by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Competent Authority by filing representation, which he has to avail. Without availing the same, the appellant has filed this appeal As such, the writ appeal lacks merits. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. SD/- (ANU SIVARAMAN) JUDGE
