In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the private respondent to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the private respondent feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.4/Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue) District Sonbhadra to decide Case No.03372 of 2020 (Computerized Case No.D202016660003372) (State Vs. Raja Abhushan Brahmshah & Kranti Brahmshah) expeditiously. 4. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is pending before the respondent No.4 since long and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Abhishek Chandra, Abhishek Rai Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Abhushan Brahma Shah .....Petitioner(s) State Of Up And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.4/Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue) District Sonbhadra to decide the aforesaid case strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy before the respondent No.4 but without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
