Pande, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Vipul Painuly, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. Mr. Karthik Jayashankar, learned counsel for respondent no.4. 4. Mr. M.K. Ray, learned counsel for respondent no.8. 5. On 16.12.2024, State was directed to seek instructions on the annexure-1 to the writ petition. 6. Today, learned State Counsel supplied instructions dated 23.12.2024 to the Court, which are taken on record. On instructions, learned State Counsel submits that after inquiry upon the application submitted by the petitioner, the Police has not found sufficient reason to lodge the FIR under the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters And Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 as inter se dispute is there between the parties. 7. In view of the instructions dated 23.12.2024, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. 8. However, the District Magistrate is free to take decision on the application moved by the petitioner within a period of three months as per the law. 9.
