The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 204 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109, 74, 303(2), 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri P.N. Upadhyaya learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Palamau, Daltonganj. 3. On 21.11.2024, at about 03:00 p.m., due to land dispute, the accused persons assaulted the informant and her family members. 4. It appears that co-accused Rinki Devi, wife of Sohrai Yadav had assaulted the brother-in-law of the informant by a sickle. 5. It was submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It was further submitted that co-accused Sunil Kumar Singh and Chandan Patel have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 7. On specific query, whether there is any specific allegation against the petitioner, she submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. 8. It appears the co-accused Chandan Patel and Raja Singh other have been granted bail by his Court earlier. 9. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri P.N.
