2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following prayers:-
“(i)The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records relating to the petitioner. (ii)That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set- aside the order dated 07.12.2017 arising out of order dated 04.07.2017 in the interest of justice. (iii)Any other relief this Hon’ble High Court deems fit.”

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant’s client is not responding hence, he has no instructions. Moreover, Mr. Sunil Sahu, learned counsel appearing for the complainant submits that the complainant has died during the pendency of this petition therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
4. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
5. A copy of the order be sent to the concerned trial Court for necessary information and compliance forthwith.
