Learned High Court Government Pleader submits that having regard to Annexure-A saguvali chit dated 01.02.1994, the claim of the petitioner to restore the name of petitioner's husband in the revenue records and thereafter, continuing the name of the petitioner will be considered while treating the writ petition itself as a representation given by the petitioner. 3. In view of the statement made by the learned High Court Government Pleader and learned Counsel for the petitioner submitting that the petitioner will be satisfied if such action is taken, the matter stands disposed of accordingly.
