Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing and commanding the concern respondents prevent the encroachers/ private respondents no. 7 and 8 for illegal possession over the residential patta land of the petitioner bearing Gata No. 87 area 150 sq. meter situated at Village Chandpur, Audhera, Pargana Ekdala, Tehsil Khaga, District Fatehpur. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing and commanding respondent no.4 and 5 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 14.08.2025 and kindly grant protection for construction of house of the petitioner." 2. It is contended that father of the petitioner was granted lease way back in the year 1973. Private respondent nos. 7 and 8 are encroaching upon the land of petitioner. 3. The petitioner has remedy of filing application under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before authority concerned for redressal of his grievance. 4. In case, the said application is moved, the authority shall decide the same, strictly in accordance with law. 5. Writ petition stands disposed of.
