Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 18.12.2024 before the respondents seeking issuance of patta in respect of subject land, based on his long possession after reclassifying the same from Anadeenam in the revenue records. Pursuant to which, on 03.01.2025, the 3rd respondent sent a communication to the 4th respondent to take suitable action. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 18.12.2024 will be considered within a period of twelve weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 44835 of 2025 __________ Page3 of 4 18.12.2024 by issuing due notice to the petitioner and any other aggrieved parties, if any and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
