The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hussainabad P.S. Case No. 12 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 310(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Palamau, Daltonganj. 3. On 09.01.2025, at about 10:00 p.m., dacoity was committed in the wine shop of the informant. The dacoits looted liquor worth Rs. 42,67,130/- and Rs.65,000/- in cash. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that though the prosecution has shown that Rs.62,600/- were recovered from the house of the petitioner, but the petitioner is claiming that the recovered amount belonged to him. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Mr. Shiv Shankar Kumar, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Palamau, Daltonganj in connection with Hussainabad P.S.
