Compliance affidavit filed at the behest of respondents reveals that in terms of judgment dated 12.04.2023 passed by this Court in CWP No. 1941 of 2023, titled as Belo Devi Vs. Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar Horticulture University, work-charge status has been granted to the petitioner w.e.f 01.01.2001, but order of pay fixation is yet to be issued. Learned counsel representing the respondent states that order of pay fixation shall be issued expeditiously, preferably within a period of ten days.
