The petitioner has prayed for quashing of order dated 27.01.2025, denying benefits to him under Maternity, Child and Girl Help Scheme ( Matratva Shishu evam Balika Madad Yojna) and for direction to respondents no. 4 to 6 to decide the pending representation/appeal of the petitioner filed against the said order. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been some delay in filing appeal against the order dated 27.01.2025 as the said order was not communicated to the petitioner and copy of the same was obtained by him from the online portal. He prays for direction to respondent no. 6, who is competent to entertain the appeal, to decide the same expeditiously. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel does not oppose the said limited prayer. 4. Accordingly, the writ petitioner is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 6 to decide the appeal, stated to be pending before him within six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photo-state copy of the memo of appeal and supporting documents.
