A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the selection grade and promotional pay scale to the petitioner by counting his service from initiate date of appointment including the service rendered by him before the institution was grant- in-aid, as per the government order dated 12.07.2002 (contained in Annexure No.3 to this writ petiton). ii. A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the arrears of difference of selection grade and promotional pay scale to the petitioner. iii. A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper on the basis of the facts and circumstances of the case. iv. Award the cost of the petition to the petitioner. Heard. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy is squarely covered by the judgment dated 27.03.2017, passed by this Court in WPSS No.1955 of 2015, Munendra Singh Rana and Others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others; and connected cases. This fact is admitted by learned State Counsel. Since, the matter is covered, instant petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 27.03.2017, passed by this Court WPSS No.1955 of 2015, Munendra Singh Rana and others Vs.
