The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kandi P.S. Case No. 17/2022, for the offences registered under Sections 457 & 380 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Abhinav Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa. 3. On 04.02.2022, theft of an idol of Radha-Krishna was committed by unknown persons from a temple situated in village Gardaha. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
