The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is an employee working in the ICDS project as a Senior Assistant. It is also submitted that the petitioner is the president of the Andhra Pradesh Employees of Women and Child Welfare Department Association. It is submitted that the de facto complainant has filed the previous cases against the petitioner. 3. Be that as it may, the criminal petition is disposed off by directing the Station House Officer, Korukonda Police Station, East Godavari District, to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 35(3) of the BNSS for the purpose of investigating the crime. 4. With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed off.
