This application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred to quash the charge-sheet no.57 of 2022 dated 22.07.2022 along with cognizance/summoning order dated 24.04.2023 and the entire proceedings of Case No.14357 of 2023 (State vs. Lalit Mohan Sharma) arising out of Case Crime No.137 of 2021, under section 505(2) I.P.C. and section 67 of I.T. Act, P.S. Jaitpur, District- Agra, pending before learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant confined his prayer in respect of quashing the bailable warranted issued against the applicant on dated 22.04.2024, wherein he submits that impugned bailable warrant is against the facts and law. The applicant had no knowledge about the proceedings initiated against him due to which he could not appear on the date fixed by the trial court, hence, bailable warrant was issued against the applicant. 4. Per contra, learned A.G.A opposed the prayer. 5. Be that as it may, without interfering into the merits of matter, applicant is hereby directed to appear before learned court concerned in pursuance to bailable warrant order dated 22.04.2024 within three weeks from today. Till three weeks from today, no coercive action shall be initiated against the applicant. After the expiry of aforesaid period of three weeks, learned concerned court is directed to proceed as per law. 6. With the aforesaid observation, the application is disposed of.
