(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 5, on instructions from Mr. Pardeep Singh Bains, SDM, Sri Chamkaur Sahib, informs that in compliance with the order dated 13.08.2025 (Annexure P-2) passed by this Court, complete charge of the post of Sarpanch has been handed over to the petitioner; thus, no cause survives in the present contempt proceedings. [2] Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes the aforesaid factual position and does not press the present petition any further. [3] In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off accordingly.
