In the light of above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to approach the State Government for seeking enhancement of compensation keeping in view the expenditure incurred by the petitioner for treatment of acid attack and the State Government is directed to look into said matter in a sympathetic manner and try to provide further compensation in accordance with the scheme available.
