Mr. Nagesh Aggarwal, Advocate for respondent no.4. 4. Petitioner was given charge of Officiating Principal of Government Higher Secondary School, Manak Chowk, Manglaur, District Haridwar. The charge of Officiating Principal was withdrawn from her, due to some misconduct committed by her and one Mrs. Vandana Singh (respondent no.4) was appointed as Officiating Principal by order dated 30.07.2021 passed by Chief Education Officer, Haridwar. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner filed this writ petition in 2021. 5. Mr. Nagesh Aggarwal, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4 submits that his client Mrs. Vandana Singh has been transferred from Haridwar to Pauri, vide order dated 30.07.2024 passed by Additional Director of Education, Secondary Education, Pauri and she is serving in District Pauri even since then. He, therefore, submits that upon transfer of 2025:UHC:6479-DB respondent no.4, the relief as claimed by the petitioner in the writ petition, do not survive. 6. We find substance in the said submission. 7. Even otherwise also, by the impugned order, petitioner was divested of the charge of Officiating Principal. Since the petitioner does not have any lien on the post of Principal, therefore, merely because someone else was appointed as Officiating Principal in place of petitioner, does not give a cause of action to maintain this writ petition. 8. Accordingly, writ petition fails and is dismissed. (Subhash Upadhyay, J.)
