On query Mr. Tiwari submits, he does not have instruction of view taken by the Lucknow Bench in order dated 28th May, 2025 in inter alia, Writ C no.- 718 of 2025 (Anil Kumar and others Vs. State of U.P. and others) having been interfered with. 3. Respondent no.3 is directed to issue the certificate pursuant to Anil Kumar (supra). Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order and copy of his application dated 24th June, 2025 to said respondent.
