Ld. Govt. Pleader for Revenue The Court made the following order:
1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the 4th respondent regularly calling the petitioners to the police station at the behest of respondents 7 and 8. The learned counsel further submits that no case is pending against the petitioners. However, the 4th respondent repeatedly calling

the petitioners to the police station and disturbing the peace of the petitioners.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the 7th respondent has filed a complaint against the petitioners, which was considered by the 4th respondent, but the same was closed as civil in nature. It is also submitted that the police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondents 7 and 8.
4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the 4th respondent not to disturb the peace of the petitioner without following due process of law.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off. No costs.
6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. ____________________ JUSTICE HARINATH. N BV
