1. Prayer made in the present petition is for issuing directions to transfer the investigation in case bearing FIR No.106 dated 15.05.2024 registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Navi Baradari, Jalandhar.
2. Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.4 has been filed today in the Court and the same is taken on record.
3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners contends that the present writ petition has been filed on account of inaction of the investigating agency, however, in the meanwhile, the accused was arrested, the investigation has since then been concluded and the final report has also been filed. He contends that the present petition has thus been rendered infructuous.
4. Ordered accordingly.
