Uddin, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D.P.Goswami, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, who has submitted that though the Case Diary was called for, however in the meanwhile, charge sheet has been laid in Page No.# 2/2 this case bearing charge sheet No. 48/2025 dated 23.05.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court, by order dated 17.03.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 3. Since the charge sheet has already been submitted in this case and since the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to the petitioner, namely, Nazim Uddin @Nazu, by order dated 17.03.2025 is hereby made absolute, with a condition that he shall continue to co-operate in the trial. 4.
