The allegations in this case are that on 23.07.2023, the accused protested in connection with filling up the teacher post. A case was registered in Cr. No.140 of 2023 on 23.07.2023 for the alleged offences under Sections 143 and 290 of IPC. Thus, it can be seen that the allegations concern exercising the democratic right to protest.
